We are a limited liability company, operate on a no-profit, no-loss basis and are officially revenue-neutral. Our four shareholders are: Energy Development Oman (on behalf of the Government of Oman) – 60%; the Shell Group – 34%; TotalEnergies – 4%; and PTTEP – 2%.

Our 75,119 square kilometre concession area encompasses over 200 oil fields, 43 gas fields, more than 33,000 kilometres of pipelines and flowlines, 29 production stations and 17 power stations, with over 11,000 active wells.
