Outward Bound Oman facility at Jebel Akhdar
Experience the beauty of the Omani Mountains at Outward Bound Oman’s Jabal Training Centre.
Nestled amidst juniper and wild olive trees at an altitude of 8000ft on Jabal Akhdar, our centre offers a unique outdoor learning experience. Constructed with the support of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals Social Investment Committee and on land generously donated by the Ministry of Education, our Mountain Training Centre opened in March 2022. The centre has the below facilities;

Overview
Outward Bound Oman’s Training Centre in Jabal Akhdar is a unique facility offering outdoor learning experience for a wide range of groups from inside and outside Oman. Whether you are seeking individual moments of solitude or exciting group team-building activities, the centre offers something for everyone. It’s a state-of-the-art architecture that harmonizes with the mountain’s terrain and geography, nestled amidst juniper and wild olive trees at an altitude of 8000ft on Jabal Akhdar.
The centre was constructed with the support of the Ministry of Energy and Minerals Social Investment Committee and on land generously donated by the Ministry of Education. It was built without disturbing the existing trees and uses renewable energy sources to minimize the environmental impact.
