Tina Reine is the Chief Commercial Officer of Zefiro Methane Corp, having assumed this role in April 2022. She oversees both structuring and origination of carbon offsets through the reduction of methane emissions from orphaned oil and gas wells. She is currently focused on building the business in the Middle East region through project development for both emission reductions and geothermal energy.
Prior to this role Tina was Director of Carbon Offset Commercialization at World Kinect Energy Services. In this role she structured what was at the time one of the largest carbon offset deals ever traded in the market. She also created new carbon financial products, including a carbon neutral fuel product.
She developed the strategy for JPMorgan’s environmental markets trading division in the U.S. and traded in both the compliance and voluntary carbon market. Additionally, she managed the acquisition of two key entities within the carbon markets.

She started her environmental markets career in London at Cantor Fitzgerald’s environmental markets group, selling forward contracts to fund carbon offset projects primarily in Africa. During this time, she joined in the policy debate at Houses of Parliament to develop standards and registries for the voluntary trading market. Tina earned her MBA from Columbia Business School.
